  • Target:   Women 18+ in San Bernardino County
  • Objective:  Increase patient population in LaSalle clinics, manage crisis communications, and boost awareness among elected officials of services being provided by LaSalle for underserved populations
  • Strategy/tactics:   Partnered with LaSalle Medical Associates since 2004 to increase awareness of LaSalle clinics and enhance public perception of its healthcare services across all demographics.
    • Produced and administered a multi-channel campaign that included radio, TV, newspaper, billboards, and online advertisements, along with social media posts and press releases, media interviews
    • Initiatives included:
      • Robust government relations effort to secure recognition as a primary healthcare provider in the region
      • Increased community outreach efforts to the faith-based and community-based organizations
  • Results
    • Increased patient enrollment at LaSalle’s Clinics
    • Significantly increased public awareness and improved public perception across the Inland Empire of LaSalle and its service to at-risk Latino, foster children, and Black communities.
    • Secured multiple award nominations, such as a CDC award for Immunization Partner of the Year
