Long Beach Senior Arts Colony


  • Target:   Women 35+ in Los Angeles County
  • Objective:  Significantly increase rental inquiries, tours, and rentals for a senior apartment community
  • Strategy/tactics:   An advertising and public outreach campaign targeting women aged 35+, who are the primary decision makers for seniors, aged 55 and older. The campaign included the following:
    • Produced and administered a multi-channel campaign that included billboards, radio, newspaper, and online advertisements, along with social media posts and press releases, media interviews
    • Dameron Communications had a successful track record with the client, Western Seniors Housing, on previous projects.
    • Publicizing the performance of high-achieving schools within the District with weekly press releases
  • Results
    • All 161 units in the senior complex were rented in less than 60 days
