Public Relations Coordinator
We are seeking a driven Public Relations Coordinator to collaborate with the Agency and Creative Directors on high-profile advertising and public relations projects.

Job Description:
- Plan, executed, and tracked all social media marketing initiatives, including maintaining the content calendar, post tracking from start to finish, scheduling, and reporting
- Oversee in-house content creation (photos)
- Create video content 2x/week , Schedule all postings, 2x/day
- Draft all copy for captions and hashtags
- Manage customer engagement, including comments, requests, and DM
- Manage tags, collect, and save UGC
- Coordinate social media videos every week
- Save, organize, and share videos to all required locations
- Assist in content management
- Social Media Calendar for Clients
- Provide monthly social media reporting
- Set up contracts for paid influencers and manage deliverables/payments
- Manage influencer relationships, managing permission for content usage
- Source product for PR shipment inserts
- Provide monthly influencer reporting
- Research & outreach to editorials for features
- Coordinate press releases for new products & launches
- Provide support and execution of general and basic administrative duties including emailing; updating lists, press clipping reports; mailings; data entry; copy editing; answering phones; etc.
- Assist in the development of press releases, press kit materials, fact sheets, and advisories
- Maintain and update a variety of files and reports
- Maintain and produce support materials such as photos, press kits, and b-roll
- Assist in coordinating and implementing press conferences, media, and special events
- Assist in coordinating and arranging client promotions
- Assist with media relations and client research
- Make pitches and informational media calls
- Hours 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Additional work hours as needed in the evenings and weekends for client projects.
Qualifications:
Two years experience, a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing, or related fields, and proficiency in MS Office, FileMaker Pro, Photoshop, and QuarkXPress. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and outgoing.
Compensation:
$50,000 per year with periodic reviews.
