    True Food Author to Speak and Sign Latest Book in Newport Beach Nov. 12.

    Now Dr. Weil, Sam Fox, and executive chef Michael Stebner have collected more than 125 recipes from their restaurant in TRUE FOOD: Seasonal, Sustainable, Simple, Pure (Little, Brown and Company; October 9, 2012; $29.99).     (Newport Beach, CA)  Long a best-selling author, Dr. Andrew Weil will speak and sign his latest book TRUE FOOD on Nov. 12th   from 5-6:30 PM at Barnes & Noble, Fashion Island.

    Working with James Beard Award–nominated restaurateur Sam Fox, Dr. Weil opened the first True Food Kitchen restaurant in Phoenix, Arizona, with the goal of creating a menu of freshly imagined meals centered on the principles of his Anti-Inflammatory Diet and Food Pyramid.
