    WHO:             The LAGRANT Foundation (TLF) is a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) organization whose mission is to increase the number of ethnic minorities in the fields of advertising, marketing and public relations through scholarships, internships, career development workshops, professional development and mentors to African American/Black, American Indian/Native American, Asian/Pacific Islander American and Hispanic/Latino undergraduate and graduate students.
    WHAT: TLF is partnering with Dameron Communications, to host a career development workshop for students interested in pursuing a career in advertising or public relations.

    IE Ad Club Mixer on September 6

    “The new board just finished a very successful strategic planning session,” said incoming President Jacob Poore. “And now we want to share our plans for the coming year with our members and guests.”

    (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) The Inland Empire Ad Club is hosting a mixer to Meet the Board of Directors on Thursday, Sept. 6 in Rancho Cucamonga.
    The casual event at 6pm will be held at Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill, 12635 North Main Street, and is free to AAF members who register by Aug. 31.

    Jon Burgess, immediate past president said that current members will pay $10 at the door and non-members $15.
    The American Advertising Federation (AAF) is the largest professional organization for the advertising industry, and hosts the prestigious ADDY Awards every year which recognize excellence in advertising throughout the region.
